If your horse needs urgent care outside of our regular hours (5:00 PM – 9:00 AM), we recommend contacting a local equine hospital equipped to handle after-hours emergencies.

    LBEMC has multiple emergency doctors on call at all times and serves as a referral center for equine emergencies across California, Oregon, and Nevada.

  • Dr. Kelly primarily serves clients within an hour radius of Granite Bay, California. While most appointments are local, she is available for travel to horse shows, multi-horse facilities, and clinics by request.

    She is currently licensed in California, Nevada, Oklahoma, and Texas, with Oregon licensure in progress.

    If you are outside the immediate service area, please contact us to discuss travel fees, appointment minimums, and scheduling availability. Dr. Kelly is also open to pursuing licensure in additional states as needed to support her clients.
